Johnson's Springtime Photo Contest

The Johnson's Garden Center family absolutely loves spring, and the new life it brings. We prepare year round for the vibrant colors of spring, whether it be planting bulbs in the fall, or filling beds with annuals during the spring and summer months. This year, we have decided to host a photo contest of all of your spring color! If you would gladly take a creative photo of your flowers in bloom, and email them to us at photos@johnsonsgarden.com,
we will put them on our blog for everyone to vote on. You may also drop off the photos at any of our three locations, and we'll gladly upload them for you. Pictures that are dropped off, may not be returned. All pictures must be received by May 1, 2009. The winner of the photo contest will receive a $25 Gift Certificate to Johnson's Garden Centers!

By adding this to your soil, you will provide an opportunity to your plants to gain more nutrients, provide efficient moisture retention, as well as protection from harsh and temperature changes. This product is an organic fertilizer that also helps break up clay soil, and retains fertility in sandy soils, both of which are prominent in the Wichita area.

Johnson's Garden Centers Economic Stimulus Plan

After weeks of discussing the state of our nations economy, we have come up with a bi-partisan solution to end this recession.

FREE GRUB CONTROL!!

Actually, we're not sure if this will have any effect on the economy, but what we do know is that it will keep those pesky grubs from damaging your lawn. There is some spending involved with this plan. In order to receive the free grub control application you will have to prepay for the five lawn care applications in our Full Service Lawn Care Program. Don't worry though. The price tag isn't in the $900 billion range, nope, it starts at just $225 for a five thousand square foot lawn.

If you'd like to hear more about our stimulus plan or our Full Service Lawn Care Program send me a message at sean@johnsonsgarden.com or call me at 942-3751. I almost forgot, for all you Garden Rewards members, we will also add 500 points to your account.

Rest assured there is no pork in this bill!! Just my promise to provide you with the highest quality lawn care in town.

20% Off Heat Mats and Grow Lights!

Starting seeds indoors can be very beneficial to the flower or fruit each seed will produce. It will enable the plant to grow larger, and the blooms to last longer, and because many plants have a long growing season, an indoor jump start is exactly what it needs. Starting them indoors also protects against the harsh weather, and is a bit easier on the budget as growing from seeds is more economical.

For a fun, satisfying experience, stop in this Thursday to save 20% on heating mats and grow lights!
